Your Role in Our Students’ Journeys:

• Engage with students from various backgrounds in Norwich and Norfolk, offering them the understanding and support they need to feel valued and capable.
• Implement gentle, individualized strategies that build confidence, foster independence, and nurture each child’s growth.
• Teach essential life skills alongside core literacy and numeracy in an empowering and encouraging way.
• Create a safe, positive space that inspires communication, self-awareness, and emotional well-being for students throughout the region.
• Plan activities that foster teamwork, friendships, and a true sense of belonging.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
