Key Responsibilities:

Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
Providing one-to-one or small group support to students who require additional help.
Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) to achieve their full potential.
Preparing resources and materials for classroom activities.
Promoting positive behavior and supporting a safe, inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

Previous experience working with children in an educational setting.
A caring, patient, and adaptable approach to supporting students.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
An enhanced DBS check on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
A desire to make a difference in the lives of young learners.
