Teaching Personnel are working to support multiple schools in the Wimborne and surrounding areas with their support staff recruitment and cover. 

We are working with these schools in various ways, including day to day cover and long-term contract roles and opportunities for temp to perm within some schools too!

Are you experienced in working with Children and/or vulnerable adults? Can you think on your feet and adapt to forever changing environments?

PRIMARY TEACHING ASSISTANT

ROLE:

  • Working to support the class teacher on a daily basis with special focus on those with SEN requirements.
  • Instruct and help pupils who may be struggling to keep up or understand the task in hand. 
  • Support the teacher with classroom behaviour managment and pupil involvment. 
  • Think quickly to adapt and create an inclusive evironments. 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Enhanced DBS certificate that is registered on the Update Service. TP can assist with this where needed. 
  • Experience working with Children and/or Vulnerable adults.
  • Some knowledge and understanding of SEN and Safeguarding process.
  • To complete our Registration vetting process.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
