Requirements:
*Relevant experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role.
*A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students.
*Ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff and other support professionals.
*Familiarity with the primary school curriculum.
*Commitment to promoting an inclusive and positive learning environment.
