An Ofsted rated GOOD Primary School in West Sussex is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their passionate team. Committed to providing a nurturing and inclusive learning environment, this school values the contributions of every staff member in fostering a positive educational experience for their students.

Start: January 2024, ASAP
Gender: Mixed
Salary: Dependent on experience/ Negotiable
Area: West Sussex
Contract: Permanent, Fulltime (Term time only)

Requirements:
*Relevant experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role.
*A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students.
*Ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff and other support professionals.
*Familiarity with the primary school curriculum.
*Commitment to promoting an inclusive and positive learning environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
