Teaching Assistant

In response to growing demand, we are actively seeking skilled Primary Specialist Teaching Assistants, Nursery Nurses, and Learning Support Mentors to provide academic catch-up support for pupils across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2 in the Skegness, Spilsby, and Alford areas.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Available 5 days per week
• Owns personal transport and is willing to travel within a 30-minute radius
• Holds a recognized UK Teaching Assistant qualification
• Ideally possesses experience across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2
• Demonstrates strong behaviour management skills

The Role:

Expect each day to bring new challenges. While most work is pre-booked, there may be occasional standby requirements for morning bookings between 7 and 9 am. Roles include:

• General Classroom Support
• 1:1 SEN Support
• Group Intervention or Tuition
