Varied Responsibilities to Match Your Expertise
The type of work you undertake will be tailored to your skills and expertise, including but not limited to:
- Small Group Academic Interventions/Boosters: Engaging with small groups for academic support.
- 1-1 Behaviour or Emotional Needs Support: Providing individualized assistance for behavioral or emotional needs.
- Supporting Early Years Pupils: Utilizing relevant experience to support younger pupils in Early Years provisions.
The Role: Your Impact in the Classroom
The ideal candidate for this role will:
- Be willing to work a minimum of 2 days a week.
- Have access to their own vehicle, which is advantageous.
- Assist teachers in motivating, supporting, and encouraging a diverse and ever-evolving classroom.
- Facilitate the needs and development of students while recording observations for teacher feedback.
Flexible Hours to Suit Your Commitments
Work hours will align with school opening times (08:30-15:30), with flexible days of work. Occasionally, you may opt for mornings or afternoons, providing you with the autonomy to manage your time around personal commitments.
