Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide targeted support to students in both one-to-one and small group settings, helping them overcome barriers to learning.
  • Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons, managing resources, and ensuring a positive learning environment.
  • Support students with additional learning needs, including those with SEND, by using tailored strategies to meet their unique requirements.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and encouraging atmosphere that inspires confidence and curiosity in students.
  • Contribute to the broader school community, participating in activities, events, and initiatives that enrich students' experiences.

What You’ll Bring:

  • A genuine passion for supporting children and young people.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt to individual learning needs.
  • Relevant experience in education or working with young people is desirable but not essential, as training can be provided.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
