Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated Classroom Learning Support Assistant to join our partner Primary scool and their SEN Hub Peterlee, working with learners from KS1 - KS2. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in providing tailored educational support to students within the SEN hub
- Help create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
- Offer one-on-one support to boost student confidence and independence.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
- Collaborate with staff to implement personalized learning plans.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting.
- A genuine passion for supporting students with special educational needs.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to diverse learning needs.
