Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in delivering lessons and supporting classroom activities
• Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with varying needs
• Help manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment
• Support students with their personal development and social skills
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers

Requirements:

• A passion for working with children and young people
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive approach to supporting diverse learning needs
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential
• A DBS check or the willingness to obtain one through Teaching Personnel

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
