Role Overview:

• Position: Teaching Assistant
• Location: Newcastle
• Contract Type: Full-time/Part-time, Temporary/Permanent
• Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the teacher with lesson delivery and classroom activities.
• Work with students one-to-one or in small groups to help them reach their learning goals.
• Assist with classroom management and ensure a positive, productive environment.
• Help prepare teaching materials and resources for lessons.
• Provide additional support to students with their work and behaviour.
• Track and report on students’ progress to the teacher.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a school setting is preferred.
• A passion for helping children learn and develop.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work as part of a team and support the classroom teacher.
