Are you passionate about education and eager to support students and teachers in a dynamic learning environment? We are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team and play a crucial role in fostering an engaging and positive classroom experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in preparing and delivering lessons.
- Support students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning.
- Help maintain an organized and safe classroom environment.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers.
- Assist with grading, lesson planning, and classroom management.
- Encourage positive student behaviour and participation in activities.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for helping students succeed.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff.
- Previous experience in an educational setting is a plus.
- Patience, flexibility, and a proactive attitude.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
