Teaching Assistant!
Are you passionate about education and eager to make a difference in the lives of young learners? We're looking for dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our supportive and vibrant schools in the area.
Location: Newbury (RG14, RG18, RG19, RG20)
Start Date: January 2025 + ongoing.
Contract Type: Full-time and/or Part-time
Salary: £85-95 daily rate
Your Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to enhance learning.
- Assist with classroom management and create a positive learning environment.
- Provide additional support for students with special educational needs.
- Help prepare and organize teaching materials and resources.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualifications: Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent (preferred but not essential).
- Experience: Experience working with students in schools would be advantagerous but not essential.
- Skills: Strong communication, patience, and a nurturing attitude.
- Commitment: A genuine passion for supporting children’s education and development.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
