About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting teachers and helping students thrive. Your responsibilities may include:
- Providing one-to-one or group support to pupils.
- Supporting children with special educational needs (SEN).
- Assisting with classroom preparation and activities.
- Encouraging positive behaviour and fostering an inclusive environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Enthusiasm, reliability, and a genuine passion for education.
- Previous experience in a classroom or working with children is advantageous but not essential.
- A flexible and proactive approach to challenges.
- Eligibility to work in the UK and ability to pass enhanced DBS checks.
No formal teaching qualifications? No problem! If you have transferable skills, we provide training and support to get you classroom-ready.
Location: Minehead and surrounding areas

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
