Teaching Assistant

Teaching Personnel is currently seeking a motivated intervention assistant for a Good-rated school in Macclesfield, with an immediate start available. This role focuses on providing 1:1 support for a student with SEN needs, particularly in managing classroom behavior.
Your Role Will Include:
- Working directly with students needing assistance in behavior management.
- Providing pastoral care for SEN and SEMH students.
- Collaborating with the school SENCO to create behavior support plans.
- Upholding safeguarding standards within the classroom.
- Understanding of the KS2 curriculum and phonics approaches is advantageous.
Join a committed faculty that is dedicated to the success of SEN students, working closely with the SENCO and HLTAs to meet individual needs.
What We Offer:
- PAYE rates of £85 - £90 per day
- Weekly pay through school timesheets
- Located in Macclesfield, easily reachable for local residents
- Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday
- Immediate start following registration with Teaching Personnel.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
