Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities
- Provide tailored 1:1 or small group support to meet the individual needs of SEN students.
- Collaborate with Senior Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) and Teachers to prepare resources aligned with students’ learning objectives.
- Assist in the development and implementation of personalised learning plans.
- Deliver targeted interventions to support students’ academic progress.
- Monitor and record students’ progress, communicating effectively with staff and parents.
- Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and families, contributing to a welcoming, inclusive learning environment.
- Adapt quickly to various school settings, building rapport with both students and colleagues.
- Promote the school’s ethos and support its community-focused culture.
- Uphold Safeguarding policies to maintain a secure and supportive environment for all students.
Requirements
Prior experience as a Teaching Assistant or within an educational setting is preferred.
Relevant qualifications, such as a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant Certificate, are beneficial but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
