Job description

Are you passionate about supporting young people with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs? We’re looking for a caring and proactive SEMH LSA to join our dynamic team in Horsham!

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEMH needs, helping them engage with learning and build positive relationships.
  • Assist with implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies.
  • Support students in both academic and social aspects of school life, promoting resilience and self-confidence.
  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
  • Help monitor student progress and report on their development.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
