Teaching Assistant
Location: Helston Area
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

About Us: We are currently working with a nurturing and dynamic primary school located in the beautiful Helston area. The school is dedicated to fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment where every student can thrive. They are seeking a passionate and motivated Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team.
Role Overview: As a Teaching Assistant, you will support the classroom teacher in delivering high-quality education and ensuring that all students reach their full potential. Your role will involve working closely with students, providing additional support to those who may need it, and contributing to a positive learning atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the classroom teacher with lesson preparation and delivery.
- Support students with their individual learning needs.
- Foster an inclusive environment for all students.
- Monitor and record student progress.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to enhance educational experiences.
- Participate in school events and activities as required.
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in a school setting or working with children.
- A qualification in childcare, education, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for supporting children's learning and development.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
