Location: Grantham, Lincolnshire
Pay: £85 - £100 per day
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 15:30

Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and enjoy working in a dynamic and engaging environment? We are seeking a Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join the team in SEN schools across Grantham. This role offers the unique opportunity to incorporate small animal care into your support duties, enhancing the students' learning and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support to students with varying needs in small groups or one-on-one settings.
• Assist with lessons and activities, incorporating small animal care where applicable.
• Foster a nurturing and positive learning environment, encouraging confidence and engagement.
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff to ensure students achieve their best outcomes.

Requirements:

• Level 2 Teaching Assistant Qualification or equivalent.
• Experience supporting children with SEN is highly desirable.
• A passion for working with children and a caring, patient approach.
• Willingness to assist with small animal care on school grounds as part of student enrichment.
