Job Description
Job Duties:
- Supporting teachers in delivering lessons and activities
- Assisting with classroom management and behaviour control
- Providing one-on-one support to students as needed
- Helping to prepare materials and resources for lessons
- Supervising students during break times and outings
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Previous experience working in an educational setting
- Good behaviour control skills
Education:
A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in education or a related field
Experience:
Prior experience working with children or young people in an educational environment
Knowledge and Skills:
- Ability to control a classroom and manage student behaviour effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional training in special educational needs (SEN) support
- Experience working with diverse student populations
Working Conditions:
This role involves working in a school setting, following the school calendar and timetable. Full-time hours are expected, with occasional additional duties such as attending staff meetings or parent-teacher conferences.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
