Location: Croydon, Greater London
Job Type: Full-Time, Term Time Only
Salary: £85 - £110 per day (dependent on experience)

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and supportive Teaching Assistants with experience working in Secondary schools to join our team in Croydon. This is an exciting opportunity to work with students across a range of ages, helping them thrive in their learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1, small group, or whole-class support to students across various subjects.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to support the diverse needs of students.
- Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to the teaching team.
- Assist students in both their academic and social development.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children in a school setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for education.
- Ability to adapt to different learning environments and work collaboratively within a team.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
