Primary School Teaching Assistants NEEDED!

Here at Teaching Personnel we are on the look out for a passionate and resilient Teaching Assistants to join our vibrant Primary School team!

The successful candidate will support teachers in delivering high-quality education, assist with classroom management, and help students with their learning needs. You will work closely with children, offering encouragement and support, while fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of classroom activities and resources.
• Support children with their learning and development.
• Help manage classroom behaviour and provide individual or group support.
• Foster a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
• Help children reach their full learning/developmental potential

Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience working with children, preferably in a school setting (any care experience can also be considered)
• A passion for working with young learners.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, patient, and proactive attitude.
• Empathy in a challenging but meaningful role.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
