Position: Level 3 Teaching Assistant
Location: Camborne, Cornwall
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Dependent on experience

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to work across Primary Schools within the Camborne area. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a supportive team of teachers and staff, providing tailored support to students and contributing to their overall progress and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities
- Working with small groups or individual students on a 1:1 basis to support their learning
- Assisting with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment
- Helping students with their personal and social development
- Providing support for children with special educational needs (SEN) where required
- Preparing resources and assisting with assessment tasks
- Promoting students' independence, confidence, and motivation
- Supervising students during break times and other school activities
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- A recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
- Previous experience supporting children in a school setting
- A passion for working with children and helping them achieve their full potential
- Good communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Patience, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to the individual needs of students
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
