Position – KS1 and KS2 Teaching Assistant
Location – Dorset, Poole, and Bournemouth
Hours- Full Time and Part Time Position
Role Overview-
Here at Teaching Personnel, we are looking for a passionate, caring a skilled individual to join our team. As a teaching assistant your role will involve enhancing the learning experience for the students and supporting and monitoring their progress. You will also be working with the class teacher to plan lessons, activities and working 1:1 with children for extra support!
Responsibilities-
- Working with the class teacher in planning and creating class activities.
- Delivering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Monitoring and tracking the student progress and providing feedback to the teacher.
- Creating a safe and stimulating learning environment to enable exploration and creativity.
- Provide 1-to-1 support and small groups to students, ensuring their individual needs are being met.
Qualifications & Skills-
- Must be a UK resident.
- Previous experience as an EYFS Teaching Assistant isn’t essential but is preferred.
- Having a good and clear understanding of the EYFS curriculum and its principles.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Demonstrates excellent planning, communication, and organisational skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
