Teaching Assistant Job - Bournemouth

Position: SEN Teaching Assistant (SEN TA)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to students with SEN, ensuring they have the best possible educational experience.
- Work closely with teachers and other support staff to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
- Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress.
- Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere, promoting student independence and confidence.
- Engage with parents and caregivers to provide updates on student progress and well-being.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, preferably within an SEN setting, is desirable.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to working with children with diverse needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to making a positive impact on students' educational journeys.
- Relevant qualifications in education or childcare are advantageous but not essential.
