Position: Supply, Short-term & Long-term Primary School Teaching Assistant

Pay Rate: £12.90 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30am - 15:30pm (term time only)

Position Summary:

We are seeking experienced Teaching Assistants for supply, short-term, and long-term roles in Boston’s mainstream Primary Schools. This role offers a rewarding opportunity with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position with the school for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support class teachers in delivering engaging learning activities.
• Assist in preparing classroom resources and organising activities.
• Provide additional support to students requiring extra help.
• Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in a similar role.
• CACHE Level 2 or equivalent qualification.
• Experience with SEN and knowledge of SEN (desirable).
• Psychology or care background preferred.
• Overseas criminal clearance if needed.
