Position: Full-Time Teaching Assistant
Start Date: ASAP
A vibrant secondary school in Blandford is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate for supporting students in their educational journey and committed to fostering a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in delivering high-quality lessons and supporting student learning.
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with varying needs.
- Help create engaging learning materials and resources.
- Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive atmosphere within the classroom.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a teaching assistant role or working with young people is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
