Are you someone who believes in the magic of childhood, and the power of education to shape the future? We're on the lookout for passionate individuals to join us as Teaching Assistants in primary schools across Aylsham.

The Role in a Nutshell:

  • Dive into the world of primary education and join forces with teachers to create memorable learning experiences for our young superheroes.

  • Use your superpowers to assist students with special educational needs, making sure no one gets left behind.
  • Help keep the classroom ship sailing smoothly.

What We're Looking For:

  • Do you light up at the thought of spending your days surrounded by kids? If you've got a knack for connecting with children and bringing out the best in them, we want to hear from you!
  • Got your cape ready? We're looking for individuals with at least a C in Maths and English at GCSE level.
  • Got wheels? Having your own transportation (and a trusty driving license) would be super handy.
  • Can you communicate like a hero? We're seeking team players who can use their powers of communication to collaborate effectively with colleagues and inspire our young learners.

Why Join Our League of Heroes:

  • Get paid to be a real-life superhero, making a lasting impact on the lives of children and helping to shape the future.
  • We'll provide you with all the training and support you need to hone your superpowers as a Teaching Assistant.
  • Join a league of like-minded heroes in a supportive team environment where your passion for working with children is celebrated.
  • Have a dedicated recruitment consultant who will help you transition into a superhero.
  • Have friends who would be superheroes too? We offer you £50 for everyone you send our way as long as they have the right superpowers!

Excited to join our league of heroes and make a difference in the lives of young learners? Don your cape and send us your CV along with your application and you will be contacted shortly.
