Are you passionate about early childhood education and helping young learners achieve their full potential? We are looking for a dedicated and experienced EYFS Teaching Assistant to join our supportive and vibrant team in Accrington.
About the Role:
- Full-time position starting in February.
- Supporting children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Focused on delivering tailored support in phonics and early literacy skills.
- Collaborating with teachers to create engaging and nurturing learning environments.
- Monitoring progress and providing one-on-one or small group assistance to pupils.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience working with EYFS-aged children.
- Strong knowledge and experience in supporting phonics teaching and early reading strategies.
- A patient, caring, and positive approach to working with young learners.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A relevant qualification in education, childcare, or equivalent experience is desirable.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
