About the Role:

• Full-time position starting in February.
• Supporting children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Focused on delivering tailored support in phonics and early literacy skills.
• Collaborating with teachers to create engaging and nurturing learning environments.
• Monitoring progress and providing one-on-one or small group assistance to pupils.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience working with EYFS-aged children.
• Strong knowledge and experience in supporting phonics teaching and early reading strategies.
• A patient, caring, and positive approach to working with young learners.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A relevant qualification in education, childcare, or equivalent experience is desirable.
