Position: Performing Arts Teacher
Location: Northampton
Are you passionate about inspiring creativity and helping young people express themselves through the arts? Teaching Personnel is seeking a dynamic Performing Arts Teacher to work in schools across Northampton, making a real difference in students’ lives.
About the Role:
Position: Performing Arts Teacher (Drama, Dance, Music)
Location: Schools across Northampton
Contract Type: Full-time, Part-time, or Supply
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver (and sometimes plan) engaging and inspiring performing arts lessons across a range of key stages
- Foster a love of creativity and self-expression in students
- Tailor lessons to meet the needs of a diverse student body
- Work with schools to support extracurricular performances, productions, and events
Requirements:
- Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent experience
- A strong background in Drama, Dance, Music, or Performing Arts
- Passion for working with young people and encouraging their development
- Flexibility to work across multiple schools
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students of all abilities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
