About You
We are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic, creative, and passionate about music education. Whether you are an experienced teacher or newer to the profession, we welcome your application. You will need:
- A genuine passion for music and teaching
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students
- Experience teaching music (preferably in a secondary school setting, but we also welcome NQTs)
- The ability to inspire and motivate students, encouraging them to develop their musical talents
If you have the ability to teach a second subject, we would be particularly interested, as we are open to shaping the role around your strengths and expertise.
