Job Advert: Year 2 Class Teacher – January 2025 Start
Are you a passionate and dedicated teacher looking to inspire and support young learners? We are seeking an enthusiastic Year 2 Class Teacher to join our vibrant and welcoming school community starting in January 2025.
The Role:
As a Year 2 Teacher, you will:
- Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Inspire and challenge pupils to reach their full potential
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
- Use a range of assessment strategies to track progress and inform teaching
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to support each child’s development
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience or passion for working with KS1 pupils
- Strong classroom management skills and a creative approach to teaching
- A commitment to ensuring all pupils make excellent progress
- The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
