Support Assistant – SEMH Schools in Grantham
Location: Grantham, Lincolnshire
Pay: £85 - £100 per day (dependent on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 15:30 (Term time only)

We are seeking dedicated Support Assistants to work in SEMH schools in Grantham, providing vital support to students who require additional help in their educational journey.
Role Highlights:
- Provide tailored 1:1 or group support to students with SEMH needs.
- Foster a positive and nurturing environment to help students manage challenging behaviour.
- Work closely with teachers and support staff to deliver engaging and inclusive learning experiences.
- Assist in building students' confidence, resilience, and social skills.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an educational or care setting, particularly with SEMH or challenging behaviour, is highly desirable.
- A calm, patient, and proactive approach to supporting young people.
- Full-time availability (Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 15:30).
- A willingness to adapt to different challenges and provide consistent support.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
