Supply Teacher – Penarth

 

Hours: 8:30 – 3:30

Pay: National Framework Regulated – minimum of £166.32

Location: Penarth

Sector: Primary curriculum to a range of age groups, including Additional Learning Needs

 

Teaching Personnel are looking for a Supply Teacher which is able to be flexible working on a supply basis to provide cover within a variety of schools within a cluster in Penarth. This can be within a range of year groups, from Reception to Year 6. Lesson plans will be prepped and left for you to carry out the tasks required.

Supply Teaching does of course require a confident and enthusiastic individual to capture the class instantly. You will be a new face to these young learners, therefore being understanding to their situation, but also ensuring that results are seen is essential. Experience in this area is desired, however we are also keen to work with NQT’s which are looking to gain more experience since qualifying with their QTS.

 

We welcome candidates who:

-          Have gained Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK, or transferred

-          Has an Enhanced DBS on the update service (We can assist you with applying for one of these if you need one)

-          Registered with the Education Workforce Council (We can assist you with the application process if you need to)

-          Has a pro-active attitude and a passion for working within an Education setting

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
