Teaching Personnel are working with a variety of schools within the Welwyn area. The Northants Secondary and Counties team is looking to grow it's edcuators pool within the town and local surrounding areas. Welwyn is easily accessible from the A1 and the A414 for educators traveling from areas such as Stevenage, Hertford and Hatfield.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality lessons across all year groups in line with the school’s curriculum.
- Maintain high standards of teaching and learning, ensuring the students remain engaged and motivated.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, creating a positive and productive learning environment.
- Provide feedback to students on their work, highlighting areas of improvement.

The Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent desireable
- Experience teaching a range of year groups (primary or secondary experience is acceptable).
- Strong classroom management skills and a positive, proactive approach to teaching.
- Ability to adapt to different teaching environments and respond to the diverse needs of students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for education and a commitment to helping every student achieve their potential.
- Available to start immediately.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
