Join Our Team of Supply Teachers in Tower Hamlets Primary Schools!
We are seeking passionate and dedicated supply teachers to join our inclusive primary schools in Tower Hamlets starting in October.

Key Responsibilities:
• Engaging Lesson Delivery: Plan, prepare, and deliver dynamic lessons that meet curriculum objectives and ignite a love for learning.
• Student Assessment: Regularly assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to foster growth and development.
• Inclusive Environment: Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes respect and collaboration among students.
• Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to share innovative teaching practices and enhance overall instructional strategies.
• Community Involvement: Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and parent-teacher meetings to build strong community ties.
Ideal Candidates Will:
• Hold a UK teaching qualification (QTS, ECT, PGCE, SCITT, or BED). Final-year students expecting to qualify at the end of the academic year are also welcome to apply, provided they have relevant experience.
• Possess a DBS on the Update Service (we can assist you if needed).
• Demonstrate a professional demeanour and a strong work ethic.
• Exhibit effective behaviour management strategies and maintain high standards.
• Set ambitious goals for themselves and their students, fostering a culture of high expectations.
• Understand and adhere to safeguarding policies and procedures.
• Show genuine enthusiasm for education and a commitment to student success.
• Consistently demonstrate high-quality teaching practices.
• Be driven to achieve outstanding outcomes and progress for all students.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
