Your Role as a Supply Teacher:
- Deliver engaging lessons across various subjects and year groups, following pre-set plans or adapting to the needs of the class.
- Maintain high standards of classroom management to foster a positive learning environment.
- Build rapport with students and staff, quickly adapting to each school’s unique culture.
- Provide feedback to schools regarding students’ progress and behavior as required.
Requirements:
To thrive as a Supply Teacher with Teaching Personnel, you should have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- A passion for education and the ability to inspire young minds.
- Strong classroom management skills and adaptability to different teaching environments.
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
- Flexibility and reliability to meet the demands of supply teaching.
