Teaching Personnel collaborate with several primary schools in Dorchester and Weymouth, providing support on both a part-time and full-time basis. As an Education Agency, we offer teacher placements for daily needs, short-term contracts, and long-term positions, tailored to the schools' specific requirements.

  • Day to day - Adhoc days for supply and sickness cover. You will have flexibility to choose what days you wish to work.
  • Short-term bookings - Anywhere from 1-5 days a week cover for less than 5 weeks.
  • Long-term bookings - Anywhere from 1-5 days a week for more than 5 weeks at a time.
  • Temporary to permanent - 1- 5 days a week for 20 weeks then roll onto school contract, recieving permanent employee benifits from the schools.

How it Works:

  • Register with us to work in local Primary and Middle schools in your area.
  • Take bookings you are happy and available for whether that be long or short-term. 
  • Deliver lessons that are pre-planned and set for you, giving you more time at home. 
  • Work in variety of environments where no two days are the same.
  • Have a dedicated consultant looking after your compliance docuements and bookings for you.
  • MyTP app to aprove or decline bookings at the click of a button. 
  • Weekly pay, working one week in arears. 
  • Free and discounted CPD courses to upskill during your employment.

Requirements:

  • Experience teaching children from EYFS to KS3
  • Fully or Newly qualified with QTS.
  • Enhanced Child only DBS that is registered with the update service (TP can assist with this where needed)
  • Flexibility and able to reliably commute to different schools in the area, either via Public transport or own vehicle.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding - Free level 2 course provided by TP (All schools require this).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
