Job Title: Supply Teacher
Location:
South East England, Surrey, Croydon

£150 - £170 Per day
Job Duties:
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students across different age groups and subjects
- Follow lesson plans provided by the regular classroom teacher
- Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment
- Assess student progress and provide feedback
- Communicate effectively with school staff, parents, and students
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Proven experience in teaching or working with children
- Up-to-date knowledge of the UK National Curriculum
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of teaching experience
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong classroom management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Passion for education and a commitment to student success
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
- Specialist subject knowledge
- Experience in working with SEN students
Working Conditions:
Work hours typically follow school hours, with some flexibility required. May involve working in different schools on a temporary basis. Classroom setting with varying student needs and abilities.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
