Job description

Are you interested in supporting young people within mainstream school environments? Do you have what it takes to adapt and succeed in a rewarding setting, working alongside a dedicated team to make a real difference for students? Have you considered stepping into a Cover Supervisor role, providing essential supply cover within Colchester's schools?

If you have experience or feel confident in the following, please get in touch:

  • Outgoing and engaging personality
  • Classroom or learning support experience
  • Youth/community work experience
  • SEN knowledge or experience
  • General cover or supply work within schools
  • Proactive and hard-working attitude
  • Teaching or Learning Support Assistant experience
  • Good Behaviour Managment.

*Please note atleast 1 Year experience working in the UK is required for the role*

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
