  • No Minimum Workdays: Unlike other agencies, we don’t require you to commit to a set number of days per week. Work when it suits you!

  • Select Your Bookings: With our online educator app, you can browse available assignments and pick the ones that best match your preferences and schedule.
  • Guaranteed Work Scheme: For those seeking more stability, our Guaranteed Work Scheme allows you to commit to working 3-5 days a week. You’ll be prioritised for work, and if there’s no assignment available on a given day, you’ll still be paid your agreed daily rate.

3. Hassle-Free Teaching

  • No Planning Required: As a supply teacher, your focus is on teaching, not planning. Simply turn up, deliver pre-prepared lessons, and carry out light marking before heading home.
  • Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a stress-free teaching experience with no take-home work, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

4. Referral Bonus

  • Earn Extra Cash: Refer a friend to Teaching Personnel, and once they’ve completed 5 days of work with us, you’ll receive a £100 referral bonus.
