Position: Sports Therapy Skills Coach

Location: NN3, Northampton

Are you a passionate and experienced sports therapy professional? Do you have the drive to inspire and educate the next generation of sports therapists? Our esteemed College is seeking a dynamic Sports Therapy Skills Coach to join our faculty and make a lasting impact on our students' futures!

The school in mind are actively seeking for a skills coach to support their students on the Sports Therapy further education course. The College is a large multiple-campus College who have been rated a “Good School” by Ofsted, with excellent facilities to support the students their learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging, hands-on courses in sports therapy, focusing on both theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
  • Provide personalized guidance and support to students, fostering their academic and professional growth.
  • and mentor students in clinical settings, ensuring they gain real-world experience.
  • Develop and implement assessments to evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in sports therapy, incorporating them into your teaching.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sports Therapy, Kinesiology, Physical Therapy, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sports therapy, with a proven track record of success in the field.
  • Previous experience in teaching or training, preferably in a college or academic setting.
  • Passion for Education: A strong commitment to student success and a passion for sharing knowledge and skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
