We have openings for enthusiastic graduates to join a special school in Birmingham, specializing in Autism, Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH), and Learning Difficulties. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will have the chance to positively impact students' lives and help them achieve greater independence.
What You’ll Do:
- Work closely with children and young adults, supporting their educational and personal development.
- Assist in classrooms, providing tailored support to meet the unique needs of each student, whether on a 1:1 basis or in small groups.
- Gain hands-on experience across various key stages, including Early Years, Primary, Secondary, and Post-16 education.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team in a purpose-built school that fosters strong connections with the community.
Who We’re Looking For: We are seeking graduates with degrees in:
- Sports Science
- Psychology
- Criminology
- Sports Coaching
- Social Work
- Educational Studies
- Youth and Community Studies
- Or other related disciplines

What We Offer:
- Competitive weekly pay: £400 - £450
- Full-time hours: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Requirements:
