Job description

Sports Coach required to join Ofsted ‘Good’ secondary school within the Lees area of Oldham, to support PE lessons and serve as a Cover Supervisor across various subjects. This role is ideal for experienced sports coaches or recent PE graduates who want to gain paid experience within a secondary school environment before enrolling in a PGCE or similar Teacher training programme.

In this position, you’ll be an integral part of the PE department, helping to plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire students to participate and grow in confidence. When needed, you’ll step in as a Cover Supervisor, leading classes in different subjects in the absence of the regular class teacher. Flexible or full-time work is available, with daily pay ranging from £85 to £100

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
