Specialised Speech, Language, and Communication Needs (SLCN) Role in Anfield (L6)

Role Overview: As an SLCN specialist, you will play a pivotal role in working with students who require tailored support to enhance their speech, language, and communication skills. You will collaborate closely with classroom teachers, parents, and external professionals to create individualised plans that meet the unique needs of each student.

  • Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in Speech and Language Therapy or a related field would be desirable.
  • Experience: Previous experience working with children with SLCN is highly valued.

  • Creativity: Ability to develop innovative strategies and activities to engage students and facilitate their progress.
  • Patience: Understanding that progress might be gradual and celebrating even small achievements.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
