Part Time SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) in Lightwater Required ASAP
Location- Lightwater, Surrey

Are you a dedicated and experienced SENCO with a passion for supporting students with special educational needs? Teaching Personnel, the UK’s leading education recruitment agency, is looking for an enthusiastic SENCO to join our partner primary schools in Lightwater, Surrey. If you have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a drive to make a difference, this role could be perfect for you!
The role would be 2.5-3 days/week in the required school. This could be flexible days to fit around your lifestyle.
Your Role: As a SENCO, you will:
-Lead and manage SEN provision, ensuring that students receive the tailored support they need to thrive.
-Develop and implement strategies for supporting students with a range of special educational needs.
-Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to create and monitor Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
-Provide guidance and support to teaching staff, ensuring best practices in SEN education are followed.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
