£20 - £30 per hour
Job Duties:
- Provide tailored support and guidance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Develop and implement individualised education plans based on students' needs
- Deliver engaging lessons and activities to enhance learning outcomes
- Assess students' progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with other professionals, parents, and caregivers to support students' holistic development
Required Qualifications:
- Experience working with students with SEN
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs
- A patient and empathetic approach to working with students
Education:
A relevant degree in Education or a related field
Experience:
Prior experience working as a SEN tutor or in a similar role
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of various SEN conditions and their impact on learning
- Knowledge of effective teaching strategies for students with SEN
- Ability to create inclusive and supportive learning environments
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional certifications in Special Education or SEN support
- Training in specific intervention techniques for SEN students
Working Conditions:
- Part-Time hours with flexibility in scheduling
- Work primarily in educational settings such as schools or learning centres
- Close collaboration with students, parents, and educational professionals

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
