SEN Tutor

Location:

Job Duties:

• Provide one-to-one support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
• Create and implement individualised education plans based on students' needs
• Adapt teaching methods to suit the learning styles of each student
• Assess students' progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with other stakeholders to support students' development

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
• Experience working with students with SEN
• Knowledge of SEN provisions and best practises
• Strong understanding of different learning needs and abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create engaging and inclusive learning environments
• Organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively
