Job Title: SEN Tutor
Location:
South East England, Surrey, Leatherhead
Job Type:
Temporary, Part-Time hours
Salary:
£20 - £30 Per hour
Job Duties:
- Provide one-on-one tutoring support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Develop and implement individualised learning plans based on students' needs
- Assist students in improving academic performance and achieving learning goals
- Monitor and track students' progress, adjusting teaching methods as required
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' learning
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification
- Experience working with students with SEN
- Knowledge of SEN strategies and interventions
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of SEN requirements and best practises
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
- Organisational skills and attention to detail
Working Conditions:
- Part-Time hours, flexible schedule
- Work primarily in a school or educational setting
- Possibility of working with students of different age groups and abilities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
