Do you have a passion for supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Teaching Personnel is looking for a caring and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a school in Newton Abbot on a full-time basis, starting this January.
Role Information:
- Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
- Location: Newton Abbot
- Age Range: Supporting children aged 5–16
- Start Date: January
- Salary: £84.50 - £95.00 per day
- Contract: Full-time, Tempoary
What You’ll Do:
- Provide dedicated one-to-one and group support for pupils with SEN.
- Assist teachers in modifying lessons and activities to suit individual needs.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
- Support pupils in developing their social, emotional, and academic skills.
- Build positive and supportive relationships with students, staff, and parents.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
