SEN Teaching Assistant – Permanent Role
Location: Windsor
Salary: Dependent on experience
Are you passionate about supporting young people with special educational needs? An Ofsted-graded ‘Good’ SEN school in Windsor is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis.
About the Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support the class teacher in delivering tailored lessons and activities.
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to students.
- Assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Help monitor and encourage student progress, promoting independence.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience working with children or young people with SEN.
- Is patient, compassionate, and adaptable.
- Can build strong, supportive relationships with students and staff.
- Is committed to fostering a nurturing and inclusive school culture.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
